What is your reservation confirmation, deposit, and guarantee
policy?
We send a postal confirmation with each reservation unless there
is not time for the guest to receive it before they arrive. (Confirmation
may not be provided if the guest fails to provide a mailing address
when booking online). We require first night's stay as a deposit,
it is charged to a credit card at the time the reservation is
made.
What is your cancellation policy?
A deposit is fully refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival.
If less than 30 days notice is provided, your card will be charged
unless the room is re-sold.
Do you provide any special services?
We are happy to do whatever we can to ensure that the guest has
an enjoyable stay and do our best to accommodate special requests.
We offer complimentary wireless Internet access in all of our
guestrooms. We have an onsite business center and a snack bar.
We also offer special packages and gift certificates.
What are your rates?
High season rates apply from the third Friday of June through
August 31st and the Memorial Day and Labor Day Holiday periods,
with stays beginning on either Friday or Tuesday. Off-season rates
apply April through the 3rd Thursday in June and September through
mid-October (excluding Memorial Day and Labor Day Holiday periods).

Can I check in early?
We do not guarantee a room for check in until 4pm, however, a
guest may check in as soon as the guestroom is ready. We recommend
that you call for early check in.
How do I pay for my room and other charges?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept
cash, checks, and travelers checks. Payment is collected at check
out.
Can you accommodate guests with disabilities?
At this time we do not have any ADA-compliant guestrooms.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets.
